Consumer Needs Analysis: Analyze consumer needs and recommend appropriate energy solutions to meet those needs.Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals while effectively handling complaints or objections to ensure customer satisfaction.Sales Targets Achievement: Regularly meet or exceed sales targets set by management.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from consumers and share it with internal teams to improve products and services.Outbound Call Management: Complete daily outbound calls using predictive or preview mode with the goal of impacting the organization’s close rate.Customer Education: Use a consultative approach to educate customers on the growing home energy industry.Departmental Standards: Maintain department expectations, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and adherence to company policies.Product Knowledge: Answer detailed questions regarding Generac products.Inbound Queries: Respond to in-bound pre-sale questions over the phone, chats, and emails, providing accurate and helpful information.Escalated Calls: Serve as the main point of contact for escalated calls, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.Special Projects: Complete special sales lead projects as assigned by the Supervisor.Mentorship: Serve as a mentor for new hires, providing guidance and support.Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
