Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectivesPartner with Head of Human Resources, Southeast Asia and SEA Country HR Leads to lead and execute People Strategy Plan including various HR campaigns/projectsLead and execute country level people activities such as new hire orientation, engagement/CSR/DEI events etc through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve people practices and processesProvide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR mattersCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders/hiring managers on recruitment efforts and onboarding processesLead and implement talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career developmentWork closely with the L&D team to identify training needs and execute talent development programsDrive employee engagement initiatives and measure their effectivenessManage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessarySupport change management initiatives and organizational development projectsEnsure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in SingaporeParticipate in region level business meetings e.g. country level leadership meeting/safety meeting, including and not limited to region or SEA level HR forumsQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HR business partner roleExperience working in a multinational company with exposure to global markets and matrix work environmentStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in SingaporeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsProven track record in driving employee engagement and talent development initiativesExperience in change management and organizational developmentProficiency in HRIS and data analysisRequired Competencies:
