Senior HR Advisor (Italian speaking)

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support HR Operations, advise the HR Advisors on day-to-day operational questions of the People function, as well as handling of escalations to the CoE. Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the Senior HR Advisor supports the People function through development or process mapping and SOPs as well as the training of new HR Advisors.

Your responsibilities:

Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreementsMaintain life-cycle & process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boardingFocus on complex tasks / projectsAdvise on Tier 2 escalationsSupport the training and development of HR advisors in the teamManages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global complianceCarry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirementsCreate/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requestedSupporting projects and process improvements

 Your profile:

Bachelor’s degree2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR ServicesFluent in English AND Italian, both oral and writtenKnowledge of HR processesConfident Microsoft Office usage, especially with ExcelGood time management and ability to prioritizeStrong oral and written communication skillsCustomer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilienceExperience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
