As a Senior HR Associate at NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes and NVHomes, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team, providing essential HR support and services to our thriving business. What You'll Do: + Collaborate: Partner with HR Business Partners and team members to support hiring, retention, and development initiatives. + Talent Acquisition Process: Assist in the recruiting process by preparing job offer letters and facilitating background checks and I-9 processes for new hires. + Communicate: Prepare memos and correspondence, and answer employee and management questions on various HR topics. + Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits administration, including annual open enrollment, benefits reports, audits, and leave of absence management. + Analyze reports: Develop reports and analyze data to drive decision-making and process improvements. + Maintain Data: Maintain and manage information within NVR’s HRIS. + Coordinate Events: Work on recruiting event coordination and recruiting/talent evaluation for select roles. + Support Projects: Contribute to adhoc projects as needed. What We're Looking For: + Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience. + Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. + Collaboration: Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
