C.H. Robinson is hiring a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support our team. In this role, you will build relationships and support business leaders and managers in leveraging people management tools and resources to achieve business results and support team member and leadership development. You will align Human Resources initiatives and business talent needs to achieve business strategy and objectives, collaborating on transformation and talent-related change initiatives. Location: This position will follow a hybrid work model based in our Monterrey, Mexico location.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to leverage specialists and redirect managers as needed
Represent the region within Centers of Excellence to influence accurate business solutions
Consult with leaders to identify resources to achieve goals and facilitate strategic planning
Drive implementation of talent strategies and participate in people-focused projects
Facilitate talent planning, assessment, and calibration sessions
Create development planning strategies and action plans aligned with business goals
Equip managers to develop their teams and analyze workforce progress
Consult on workforce planning, year-end compensation, performance goals, and audits
Establish strategic partnerships with leaders to understand business and talent needs
Support communication, change management needs, and organizational design decisions
Play a critical role in ONE C.H. Robinson approach in regard to Talent strategies and different company business groups
Own HR Mexico Portfolio, built by Talent and HR strategies and actions across Centers of Excellence
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 4 years of progressive HR or related business experience
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally
Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with senior and executive leaders
Proven ability to consult, influence without authority, and resolve conflict in a global environment
Understanding of financial considerations, including budgets and P&L
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, strategic orientation, and influence skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities
Ability to build strong relationships and motivate change in a large, dispersed organization
