Step into this pivotal role and partner with our Site Leader, leadership team, and managers (both local and global) to shape the people strategy for NI (Emerson Test & Measurement) Israel, Romania and beyond.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Be the go-to HR expert for approximately 150 talented employees at our NI Israel site, and approximately 100 versatile employees at our NI Romania site while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.  Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development.  Act as a trusted coach and partner, empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.  Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence, ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.    Who You Are:
You have a track record of exceeding goals successfully. You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to self.     For This Role, You Will Need: At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a global HRBP, supporting remote sites, preferably in EMEA, with focus on Israel within a dynamic global organization.  Deep expertise in local employment regulations, with the ability to navigate and apply them for top-notch Employee Relations support.  A natural influencer with strong communication and collaboration skills—ready to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed matrix organization.  A pulse on the latest HR and workplace trends to help us stay ahead of the curve.  Stellar interpersonal skills that help you build relationships and drive impact across diverse teams.  You’re located in Israel, close to our office in Holon (4 days office day)
