Job Description

Since 1972, Takeda has had two sites in Italy for producing plasma-derived drugs in Rieti and Pisa, supporting patients with rare and complex diseases. OBJECTIVES:

Serve as the HR Partner for our Pisa manufacturing site in Italy, providing expert support to managers and employees to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:Implement a localized HR strategy in compliance with Italian labor laws and business objectives.Collaborate with talent acquisition to ensure recruitment aligns with HR standards and attracts local talent.Coordinate performance evaluations and compensation reviews in line with company policies and Italian standards.Lead site-specific learning initiatives and Talent Development Programs.Provide strategic recommendations to management for resolving employee concerns.Ensure data integrity in the HR management system, Workday.Monitor and enhance HR KPIs with a focus on the Italian context.Manage audit requirements proactively.Oversee vendor relationships for contingent workforce management.Address employee relations with sensitivity to Italian labor laws.Execute the Local Employee Experience Strategy to boost engagement.Support workforce planning with insights into local employment trends.Ensure precise management of employee data changes with People Solutions.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in law, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s in Human Resources Management is preferred.At least 7 years of HR experience in a dynamic international setting, focusing on Manufacturing Operations.In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and national contracts for compliance.Strong leadership skills, promoting diversity and inclusion.Exceptional negotiation and conflict management abilities.High emotional intelligence and empathy in interactions.Proven problem-solving skills for complex HR challenges.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Analytical and creative thinking for HR optimization.Experience with HR software, particularly Workday, is advantageous.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
