The Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working closely with the business stream directors, you will develop a strategic approach to the business’ people agenda. 

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work on the implementation and delivery of the people plan in your business area. 

Ensure clear people outcomes that add value and deliver to business objectives Working with senior managers to plan, advise and support implementation of change Strategic workforce planning to ensure we have future capability Support leaders in succession planning to ensure effective deployment Implementation of HR policies whilst managing and mitigating employment law risks. 

 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements 

 

Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. Experience required of the Senior HR Business Partner 

Deep level of HR experience and understanding  Management of HR people plans and programmes of work Effective at consulting business leaders  Can effectively develop and implement HR strategies  Strong understanding of change management 

 

Qualifications for the Senior HR Business Partner

Degree qualified in HR related subject or equivalent level of experience Preferably CIPD accredited 

 

Security Clearance
