In this integral role you will deliver on our people-based initiatives and provide support in areas such as employee relations, talent management, procedure and policy interpretation, performance management and rewards. How you'll make an impact Strategically partner with leaders to execute a comprehensive talent strategy. Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Participate in full cycle recruitment to ensure we continually hire quality talent for our teams. Drive the employee experience, including onboarding, employee engagement, career development, performance management, compensation management, and offboarding. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, employment law, and conflict resolution. Play a meaningful role in enhancing leadership effectiveness across your client group. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Keep current on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and practices. Support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement with employees at all levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of business strategies and initiatives. About you 4+ years of experience in an HRBP role ideally within financial services or insurance Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to adapt to various environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to assess situations and make decisions based on data while drawing from previous experience. Ability to influence and have impact on key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional way. Customer-focused mind-set, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
