Senior HR Business Systems Analyst

As a Senior HR Business Systems Analyst at Snowflake, you will use your technical skills and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow HR application to support the HR Business Application team’s roadmap. You will be instrumental in managing medium to large-scale projects, conducting thorough analysis to ensure feasibility, scalability, and alignment with business requirements and organizational priorities, and recommending and building solutions that eliminate manual processes and support strategic, operational needs. This role is based in our Dublin, CA office and requires in-person attendance at least three (3) days per week.

AS A SENIOR HR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

Conduct all standard duties of a business systems analyst including, but not limited to: gather requirements and define as-is vs to-be processes; develop scope in line with system capabilities; write test scripts and coordinate all UAT efforts; create documentation, training, and change management resources; support deployment and cutover activities

Support business requirements by administering and configuring the ServiceNow HR application through a defined story development process and participate in shared testing efforts

Manage projects, or collaborate with our HR PMO as needed, from start to finish that have been committed to on our roadmap 

Provide primary production support for the ServiceNow HR application and serve as backup support for other applications managed by the team

Partner closely with IT for alignment and technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform, as well as periodic system upgrades

Use your expertise and understanding of the business to influence the HR Business Applications roadmap, including evaluating newly released HR features and proposing plans for adoption if aligned with operational needs

OUR IDEAL SENIOR HR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST WILL HAVE:

5+ years of direct administration experience on the ServiceNow platform, preferably as an HR Admin of the HR application

Strong, demonstrable background as a systems analyst - ability to understand & define ambiguous business requirements; propose and translate scalable, technical solutions; and consider both the big picture and minute details to ensure project and organizational success

Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal direction

Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects

Ability to interact and influence leadership and partners

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Desire to build consumer-like digital experiences for our employees

Workday HCM or Ashby ATS knowledge

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $143,000 - $199,500.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
