The Senior HR Director role will be based at a NEOTech site or remote. The salary range for this position is $155k - $175k. Wage to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data.

Summary:
The Senior HR Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, oversee and coordinate the policies, activities, and workflow of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
+ Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
+ Manages or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, onboarding, benefits, offboarding, and leave; employee relations; leadership and employee training and development; performance and talent management; employee engagement; and succession planning.
+ Provides guidance and leadership to the human resource team; assists with resolution of human resource, compensation, and employee relations questions, concerns, and issues. Manages HRBP’s.
+ Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring, retention and talent management.
+ Leads annual performance review program and merit budget process.
+ Trains and coaches HR team members, managers and supervisors in employee relations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, performance management and leadership/employee development efforts.
+ Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
+ Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
+ Performs other duties as required.

+ Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, applicant tracking and talent management systems. Paycom knowledge preferred.
+ Experience in manufacturing or related environments preferred.
Education/Experience Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of human resource management experience required.
+ PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred.
