As a key contributor reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (Leader), you will provide strategic and comprehensive HR consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees across a full spectrum of Human Resource functions. This role requires a proactive and detailed-oriented professional who can navigate complex HR processes and drive meaningful outcomes that align with organizational goals.

In this role, you will partner with leaders to identify innovative business solutions, leverage HR expertise, and collaborate with the HR Service Center and Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to optimize results. You will play a vital role in helping the business adapt to evolving demands, ensuring smooth HR service delivery, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Your ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping stakeholders informed will be critical to your success.

Salary Range: $76,200to $158,800 Annually (budget = $80-$105k depending on paid professional experience)
