Location: Hybrid in Marlborough, MA (onsite 4 days/week)

Our client, an engineering and diagnostics firm, is looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and legal compliance for their assigned client groups. Responsibilities: * Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals that drive performance, engagement, and growth.* Provide consultation, insight and guidance and coaching to managers and employees in a wide variety of HR related areas, such as talent management, organization design and workforce planning.* Manage employee relations matters, providing coaching and resolutions to ensure a positive work environment.* Collaboratively works with other members of the human resources team on various programs including compensation planning, employee engagement and culture building activities.


Qualifications:
