Our client, a dynamic and innovative leader in the technology field, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their team. If you're ready to elevate your HR career and make a tangible impact, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee and execute full-cycle HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing complex employee relations issues and implementing effective solutions.
+ Lead performance management initiatives, including training, evaluations, and improvement plans, to drive employee engagement and development.
+ Administer and improve compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that align with industry standards and attract/retain top talent.
+ Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations for workforce planning.
+ Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and company policies.
+ Assist leadership with employee development strategies, succession planning, and company-wide HR projects to support business growth.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the technology industry or another fast-growing, innovative field.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, compliance practices, and HR best practices.
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
+ Proven experience in data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and influencing senior leadership.
+ HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly preferred.
