As a member of our HR Generalist team, not only will you provide guidance to your client groups, but you will have the opportunity to continuously improve and build our HR processes across our COE functions. This role requires someone who can succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment and work very well with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring broad knowledge and effective ideas and solutions to a growing organization to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. 
 
Main Responsibilities: 

Support Lead HRBPs daily by providing a comprehensive, advisory service to associates and managers. 

Accurately input information and retrieve, organize and report HR data and metrics using HR systems (Workday) and databases (Excel).to ensure all transactional, operational and other needs are managed in a timely and seamless fashion; liaises with HR colleagues as necessary to resolve issues or queries. 

Manage and guide the delivery of specific performance actions, including PIPs, disciplinary action, terminations, and redeployment.  Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations for manager and below associates. 

Manage the recruitment process for Manager level positions and below in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and business partner, taking responsibility for accurately defining the requirements of the role, assisting managers with the selection process and support the hiring processes to build a world class employee experience. 

Assist employees and managers through HR policy guidance and interpretation. 

Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process by conducting exit interviews and launching the exit process for Manager and below associates. 

Manage employees in the Workday system, including entry of new hires, status changes including visa status, absences and terminations. 

Develop HR metrics and dashboard to generate valuable data insights for business to identify trends as it relates to employee headcount, employee turnover, hiring etc. 

Work on a variety of HR projects and programs. 

Assist with implementing departmental changes and HR processes.  

Assist with training facilitation level and below associates 

Job Requirements  

Previous Human Resources experience required. 

Working knowledge of current employment legislation, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity and performance management. 

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team.  

Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity and sound judgement. 

Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of MS Office. 

High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills. 

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills. 

Commitment to championing inclusion and diversity. 

Workday experience preferred. 

Financial Services experience preferred. 

Minimum Years of Work Experience: 5 years 

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

As required by the New York City Human Rights Law, Cboe provides a reasonable range of minimum base salary for roles that may be performed in New York City. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, level of experience, etc. For New York City only, the range of starting base salary for this role is $80,000-$132,000. Additional incentive compensation and benefits may be available.
