Senior HR Manager
Job Description A client in Cincinnati is looking for a direct placement employee to join their HR team. As a key strategic partner, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Human Resources to drive operational excellence. With your expertise in building high-performance teams and leading critical people initiatives, you will help shape our culture and achieve business success. You will lead the HR Business Partner team employing data-driven, people-centric strategies that align with business goals. Through innovation, influence, execution excellence, and a growth mindset, you will ensure HRBPs are trusted advisors and strategic partners across all areas of the business. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and is part of our HR Leadership team, responsible for redefining the HR Business Partner role and enhancing our culture and values to drive success. The Senior Human Resources Manager is primarily tasked with the leadership of the Region Human Resources Manager team.   - Lead a team of Region HR Managers, providing direction, focus and motivation on the key business needs across their deliverables   - Coach and develop Region HR Managers to be strong partners to their business leaders and cultivate their impact on the business. Inspire and lead them to achieve excellence and operational efficiency   - Ensure the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of approved strategies and initiatives across all areas of the business   - Support Region HR Managers with workforce planning and organizational design - Ensure ER guidance and workplace investigations comply with legal requirements   - Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement programs and solutions that enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle   - Collaborate with SVP of Human Resources to navigate complex employment issues, ensuring the organization's operations remain compliant   - Leverage workforce insights and analytics in order to focus Region HR Managers on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions   - Oversee HR compliance efforts, ensuring programs, policies, procedures, processes, and reporting are compliant with legal requirements and government regulations   - Serve as a trusted business partner and mentor to President's and Area Managers Other duties as assigned We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
