About the Role: We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team supporting a $1 billion revenue-generating business within Gore Medical. In this role you will provide strategic, consultation and thought leadership to executive leaders and their teams to forecast, identify, build and implement proactive business and talent solutions that align with enterprise people strategies. All responsibilities rest on a foundation of using data driven decisions. We see our HR team members as business leaders, making decisions and influencing through a people lens.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the United States.
Responsibilities: Provide HR leadership and partner with management to drive processes in support of the associate and leader life cycle Monitor/assess the effectiveness of human resources programs and processes, use metrics to evaluate progress, and take actions as appropriate to achieve improvement Drive the Performance Management and Compensation Review processes for business groups and ensure consistency and appropriate rigor for talent calibration and succession planning Partner with client group leaders on the Talent Review process, and the creation of development plans for leaders and associates within the group Direct, execute or coordinate with managers on the proper handling of employee relations issues, disciplinary actions and resolution of associate complaints in an effort to provide fair and consistent treatment Collaborate in the development and implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives in support of organizational priorities Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation Manage large-scale projects for client groups, such as performance review process, compensation/merit review cycle, associate engagement survey, and organizational restructuring Develop and implement associate recognition programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8 years work experience in an HR Business Partner role Experience working in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices Demonstrated experience and capability in leadership coaching, consultation and organizational design Experience in driving and implementing effective Integrated Talent processes Strong working knowledge of human resources practices and processes, i.e., employee relations, change management and leading large scale initiatives Strong inter-personal relationship and communication skills, written and verbal Influencing skills, and ability to work across a matrix organization Ability to establish credibility and builds relationships as a trusted thought-partner to deliver results Ability to work effectively across various time zones & ability to travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in Sales and Marketing and/or Medical Products SPHR or GPHR certification
