**Core Responsibilities**
+ Audit and improve key performance indicators related to Workforce and Organizational Health. Manage Data Insights for PPC and partners.
+ Participating in various HR projects and events related to EVP, Functional Excellence and Employee Engagement.
+ Work closely with BSO, Security and PPC to improve and implement excellent H2R processes.
+ Building the knowledge & database for employee relations and HR practices in LOM.
+ Audit and ensure internal policies (i.e. Best of Both, Use of IT Tools, Grievances) procedures and records related to HR
+ Compliance are well kept and updated in compliance with laws.
+ Case management of the employee relations cases that are escalated/ reported.
+ Regularly audits and partners with the legal team to recommend changes to existing policies and draft and/or develop new policies based on legislative and regulatory developments. Including Internal Work Regulation, Code of Conduct and Federal Labor Law.
+ Manage Union relationship, collective agreements, etc.
+ Provide support to People Partners of global functions having their teams in LOM on ER agenda and employee cases.

**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources (e.g. graduated in HR with specific experience as an HR Generalist)
+ Experience in managing labor relations and HR Operations.
+ Excellent knowledge of Mexican legislation and HR administration.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with partners at all levels as well as units in and outside of the organisation
+ Strategic problem solver with tactical skills and advanced negotiations skills
+ Open minded, collaborative, systematic and structured approach to problem solving
+ Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
