Salary: $64,000 / year
The Senior HR Operations Administrator supports the HR Operations department by overseeing a variety of human resources support functions, including ownership of timely and accurate processing of all employee changes including hires, terminations, and personal changes. The Senior HR Operations Administrator performs and acts as first-level escalation point for mandated pre-employment screenings resulting in time-sensitive resolutions. In addition, he or she ensures the integrity of the data contained in the HRIS (human resources information system) by performing regular audits, report running and maintaining personnel files (electronic and conventional paper employee records) and other related areas.
The Senior HR Operations Administrator will also:
Oversee the NEO (New Employee Orientation) process by ensuring all paperwork is reviewed, submitted, and entered in a timely manner. May participate in New Employee Orientation training and respond to questions. Ensure all background checks and screening policies and procedures (including CORI, fingerprinting, driver's checks, abuser registry and credentials) are adhered to and communicated to hiring managers appropriately. Perform various employee records and information maintenance duties. This includes entering data into the HRIS for new hires, terminations, and ongoing employee status changes. Communicate with managers and departments to gather necessary employee information. Ensure weekly audit for all new hire data entered into the systems. Respond to inquiries and requests from managers and employees regarding human resources policies and procedures, as well as employment verification and other requests for employee information coming from outside Vinfen. Communicate and problem-solve with HR Operations Manager and HR Managers to ensure the smooth processing of all new hires, transfers and terminations. Assist the HR Operations Manager in overseeing and reviewing work of HR Coordinators by prioritizing projects and monitoring, delegating, and assisting in tasks. Function as first-level escalation point for issues pertaining to new hires and existing employees resulting in timely resolution. Maintain the integrity of HRIS database, including regular audits. Prepare information for attorneys, as required. Produce standard and ad hoc reports from the HRIS system. Perform various administrative support tasks such as developing forms and assisting the Manager of HR Operations with special projects. Document and maintain procedures for all HR Coordinator job duties. Perform other duties, as assigned.Why Vinfen?
