Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least three years of experience in payroll, finance, and/or HR; experience in payroll processing or a similar role; demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices, and theories in payroll operations and complex transaction processing; ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines; robust analytical skills; solid problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail; ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner; excellent communication skills; proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion; experience using payroll system software, preferably SAP; proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
