Senior HR Project Coordinator/Ops Specialist

The Senior HR Project Coordinator/Operations Specialist is an integral member of the People Services team, supporting HR by coordinating projects, managing timelines and ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. In addition, the role serves as a point of contact for HR inquiries locally and across the organization.  As a Senior HR Project Coordinator/Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing HR projects and operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.

This role is fully onsite upon the opening of the Jax Alachua location

Key Responsibilities (What you contribute)

Lead and coordinate HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any project risks/issues. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on generating ad-hoc dashboard metrics, utilizing Power BI.Serve as point of contact for HR inquiries and collaborate closely with HRBP Team and centers of excellence to provide timely and accurate responses.Coordinate and execute HR-sponsored events (e.g. HR Road Shows, Employee Events) and facilitate new hire orientation.Collaborate with HR team members to support employee relations activities, such as resolving workplace issues or facilitating exit interviews.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (You're good at)

 Bachelor’s degree in related field3+ years of project coordinator experience required5+ years’ experience working effectively in a fast-paced team environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with dashboard creation tools, Power BI preferred.Solid understanding of HR Principles, practices and regulations.  Must be a self-starter and have the ability to exercise initiative, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information with discretion. Flexible and adaptable in dealing with changing priorities and tasks.Workday experience is a plus

Pay Range:  $73,305 - $106,292 based on total years of related HR and PM experience
