About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr HRBP) at Planful, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Should be able to connect with employees and provide guidance to people managers, team leads and employees on their day-to-day work life, with a focus on elevated employee experience and organizational culture. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employee. You will work closely with cross-functional teams around the globe.

 

Responsibilities

Partner with the business throughout the life cycle of an employee’s journey with the organization Enable people managers to engage better with their team members through one-on-one connects, counselling, coaching etc. Maintain awareness of employee satisfaction to improve morale, communication to the stakeholders and ensure engagement through leaders and support functions. Leverage information through ESATs, attrition analysis, employee connects to provide deep dive insights to management/leaders and managers as well as relevant stakeholders to enable appropriate decision making. Identify focus areas for intervention and support, to promote positive organizational culture based on the organization’s Values and Code of Ethics Support a high-performance culture by being a champion to the recognition programs and partnering with leaders on employee development and engagement, knowing when to act (up or out). Create programs for retention. Manage the performance appraisal cycle for the business and ensure adherence to the guidelines. Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer. Ensure our hiring, onboarding, and management procedures are effective for diverse groups. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Collaborate with the learning team to build effective training programs based on the TNA for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective. Building a strong business acumen to help provide strategic solutioning as appropriate.

 

What You Bring to the Table

Strong Problem solving/research in areas that impact employee morale. Being agile and adaptive around people centered priorities, personalizing in a human way. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective communication and people skills with a high level of CSI (Context sensitive intelligence)
