Senior HRIS Analyst

Adecco is seeking a talented **Senior HRIS Analyst** to join our client’s team and play a critical role in managing and optimizing their HRIS systems. This is a remote, 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
**_Note: This remote position requires working in the EST time zone_**

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Strong background in Workday HRIS operations
+ Minimum of 2+ years of focused Workday Configuration experience in multiple disciplines, with a strong emphasis on Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Reporting, & Talent/Performance
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Responsibilities:**
+ Administer, configure, and maintain Workday modules, including Compensation, Reporting, Talent Management (Talent/Career Development, Performance Management, & Peakon).
+ Provide functional and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and recommending process improvements.
+ Design, develop, and implement new business processes, functionalities, reports, and dashboards.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
+ Configure and support cyclical processes, ensuring smooth execution.
+ Contribute to successful system implementations and upgrades.
+ Develop training materials and support change management initiatives.
+ Conduct testing and validation of Workday configurations.
+ Evaluate reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
**Pay Details:** $60.00 per hour
