Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst. Responsibilities: * Function as frontline support for master data management and administration of human resource systems, including the troubleshooting of end user queries through resolution * Maintain compliance with internal processes and controls as well as continuous improvement of those processes; This entails overseeing the integrity of data and ensuring compliance with SOC and SOX requirements * Assist with the management of cross functional projects and other identified key project initiatives, by adhering to project plans and timelines; This includes the firsthand testing and training as required to support successful test cycles where applicable, as well as pre and post go live operation support to end users and development groups * Ensure integrity and validation of Reporting tools and data; Specifically in Oracle Human Resources, Oracle OAS, SAP SuccessFactors, and other tools that may be implemented in the future * Monitors and supports the testing and validation of systems upgrades and releases * Develop and deliver highly effective end-user training materials; Assist with providing adequate training and education to user community * Willing and available to perform occasional off-hours support * Maintain confidentiality and security of data
