This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionEvaluates hazardous conditions, risk assessment, Environmental Aspect of machine acceptance process.Monitor and ensure Company is in compliance to related HSE regulations, corporate standard, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and all concern HSE requirements.Control all contractor works on site to comply with company HSE rules (Contractor Management).Overall training and orientation program of the company with respond to the company requirement and monitor a training plan and matrix. Including orientation program for Contractor with respond to the company requirement.Promote safety culture by conducting safety activities to enhance associates’ knowledge and awareness i.e. SafetyLikeABosch, Safety Tips, Safety days and etc.Perform HSE patrol inspection, learn to see audit regularly following HSE procedures.Involved for the incident investigation process to find out the root cause and set preventive action and analyze site safety statistic trends.Maintaining records of accidents, incidents, occupational Illnesses and environmental records and provide recommendations for improvement.In collaboration with hospital, checks and assesses Annual Health Examination findings and acknowledges medical reports for new, transferred and promoted employees. Assists the clinic on monthly medical programs/ activities.Waste Management including waste permit.Improve and maintain effective communication between HSE department and other parties i.e. customer, safety committee, Coordinator team and other departments within the company.Prepares various safety reports as BOSCH requirement and THAI Regulation.Develop procedures to address efficiently emergency situations.Provide or support other function ex. PPE evaluation, emergency equipment inspection, Hygiene audit.Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor/master's degree in occupational health and safety/environmental science or other related fields

Qualifications:

Good command in English, both written and spoken.Knowledgeable and hands on experience in Hazard Identification/Risk Assessment and Control; Accident/Incident InvestigationExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordinating skillsKnowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.Action & result oriented, good problem solving and decision makingPossess effective communication skill and management skillAble to use software application such as Excel, Power point, Words, etc.
