**Description** + Technical expert in HSI-related efforts as they relate to the ICBM environment. + Support to the Systems Engineering (SE) domain. + Conducts user needs analysis, task flow analysis, interface design, usability testing and statistical data analysis. + Involved in both the technical and program management efforts that provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of human performance requirements, concepts, and resources. + Develops human factors design, testing and applied research for ICBM products and services, including user/task: flow analysis, process modeling and interface design. + Review prime contractor technical documentation, specifications, and design drawings. + Participation in technical reviews and providing sound advice/suggestions within this field to the Government customer. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or technical (Physics, Mathematics) and 3+ years related experience or a Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience. + Must have a Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain Top Secret. + Proven experience in systems engineering and defense systems. + Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, methods, and tools. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. + Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
