The Job:
As a Manager HRBP, you’ll be part of our HRBP Global Supply Chain team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Responsible for various strategic and operational HR initiatives, including global headcount tracking, program management of HR metrics and scorecards, workforce planning, compliance and risk assessments, and acting as a key liaison to the Enterprise Centers of Expertise.Play a crucial role as an HR partner for key Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.Serve as an HR partner for key Supply Chain leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.Oversee the Global Footprint program, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective management and execution of the program.Lead the program management of HR metrics, scorecards, and performance rhythms for the HR function, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage global headcount tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on employee numbers across all regions and business units.Drive workforce planning efforts, collaborating with business leaders to identify current and future risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Support global compliance, internal audit, and risk assessments, ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal and regulatory requirements.Act as a key liaison to the Enterprise Centers of Expertise, collaborating on HR initiatives, sharing best practices, and ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on global HR operations and strategic HR business partnering.Strong knowledge of HR metrics, scorecards, and performance management methodologies.Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development.Familiarity with global compliance, internal audit, and risk assessment processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.The Details:

The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $91,000 - $164,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
