Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative, HR, payroll, and finance tasks. The primary focus will be on human resources, while also managing general office administration, payroll processing, and finance administration. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and answer phone callsManage office correspondence and filing systemsSchedule meetings and appointmentsProvide administrative support to management and staffManage the purchase of supplies and equipmentAssist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and personnel filesCoordinate employee benefits administrationHandle employee inquiries and resolve issuesAssist with performance management and employee relations activitiesProcess payroll accurately and timelyMaintain payroll records and reportsEnsure compliance with payroll tax regulationsCalculate and process employee deductions and benefitsManage the accounts receivable ledger ensuring timely collectionAssist with accounts payable, liaising with HQPrepare and process sales invoicesEssential SkillsAdministrative supportOffice managementData entryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Proficiency in Paychex is a plusPrevious experience in office administration, HR, payroll, or financeStrong organizational and time management skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentWork Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. This is an on-site, full-time position. The successful candidate will regularly communicate the progress of the department's efforts against the operational plan and business objectives. Building positive and healthy working relationships with all colleagues is essential, as is the ability to communicate in a professional, calm, and assertive manner while being flexible to the needs and requirements of other teams.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.25
