Senior Human Resources Administrator
Job Title: Senior Human Resources Administrator Job Description The Senior Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative, HR, payroll, and finance tasks. The primary focus will be on human resources, while also managing general office administration, payroll processing, and finance administration. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities + Greet visitors and answer phone calls + Manage office correspondence and filing systems + Schedule meetings and appointments + Provide administrative support to management and staff + Manage the purchase of supplies and equipment + Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes + Maintain employee records and personnel files + Coordinate employee benefits administration + Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues + Assist with performance management and employee relations activities + Process payroll accurately and timely + Maintain payroll records and reports + Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations + Calculate and process employee deductions and benefits + Manage the accounts receivable ledger ensuring timely collection + Assist with accounts payable, liaising with HQ + Prepare and process sales invoices Essential Skills + Administrative support + Office management + Data entry + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Proficiency in Paychex is a plus + Previous experience in office administration, HR, payroll, or finance + Strong organizational and time management skills Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. This is an on-site, full-time position. The successful candidate will regularly communicate the progress of the department's efforts against the operational plan and business objectives. Building positive and healthy working relationships with all colleagues is essential, as is the ability to communicate in a professional, calm, and assertive manner while being flexible to the needs and requirements of other teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.25 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
