Our client is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant who is a strategic expert in human resources management, responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of the company's HR activities. This role involves advising management on HR best practices, managing labor relations, developing HR policies, and supporting teams in talent management, training and development, as well as legal compliance.

Main Responsibilities :

Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic advice and support to leadership and managers on all HR issues, including talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. Labor Relations Management: Oversee and manage labor relations, including union negotiations, conflict resolution and disciplinary case management. Policy Development: Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design professional development programs, and lead training initiatives to improve employee skills and performance. Performance Management: Coordinate and support performance appraisal, talent management and succession processes, ensuring that organizational objectives are aligned with employee performance. Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations, and manage risks associated with human resources. Recruitment and Retention: Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, recruit and retain quality talent, while supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. HR Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, make forecasts and recommend corrective actions.

Working conditions :

Skills and qualifications :

Education: University degree in human resources management, business administration or related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in an HR role, with significant experience as a consultant or senior HR manager. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and HR management systems (HRIS). Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Languages: Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
