The Senior HC Business Consultant is a people leader responsible for leading the strategic human capital business, partnering with the Chief Human Resource Officer and the senior leadership teams across Human Capital responsible for the organization/talent strategy and integrated solutions delivery/development in partnership with Human Capital Centers of Excellence and Shared Services.
