We are hiring a **Human Resources Generalist** in the Greater Hartford area.. In this role you will collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to develop and execute strategic HR plans that align with manufacturing and will oversee talent management, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, and HR reporting for the site. **Responsibilities include but not limited to:** + Drive talent acquisition, talent development, talent engagement, and talent retention in alignment with business strategy.
