This role specifically focuses on time and attendance, so experience with monitoring absences and enforcement of policy is critical.***
Partner with supervisors to ensure the attendance policy is being followed and executed in a regular & timely manner.
Advise & coach supervisory staff on attendance related issues and disciplinary steps in accordance with the respective Attendance Policy
Partner with supervisors to issue disciplinary actions
Knowledgeable of wage and hour compliance laws for various states.
Companywide management of the companies - attendance point management, creating tracking, reporting, and delivering on action planning metrics.
Provide training to all locations on Rest & Meal break laws and practices.
Track, compile and monitor 7th working day volunteer sheet pursuant to State guidelines (CA only)
Data analysis regarding attendance, attendance points, Rest & Mealtime, attestation
Prepares reports and recommends action plans to combat to tardiness, absenteeism, and turnover
Develop and maintain attendance KPI’s per location
Partner with HR managers to identify attendance related trends and develop applicable actions plans
Compile and retain a monthly record of absenteeism stats and metrics
Develop & maintain Monthly Operations Review absenteeism metrics & stats
Provide HR support to HR team as needed – i.e., backup support for onboarding, training, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of HR experience within a Manufacturing monitoring time and attendance and enforcing attendance policy
Bilingual is preferred
HSD Minimum
Must be open to having a blood draw every 6 months to check lead levels
Thorough knowledge of current US and California labor laws
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Flexible to working off schedules to meet with employees and supervisors that work various shifts throughout the organization.

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $44.00
