JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a passionate Senior Human Resources Generalist to function as a key partner and trusted advisor within the HR team. This key role is responsible for driving and enhancing HR initiatives that align with organizational goals while supporting talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to identifying and solving HR challenges, fostering a culture of excellence with their respective client groups. YOU ARE Passionate about Talent. You will support and execute strategic hiring initiatives in collaboration with managers to attract top talent. You will also ensure a seamless onboarding experience that supports new hires from pre-employment through full integration, fostering engagement and retention. Focused on Compliance . You will provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues. You will also lead and support investigations into complaints and policy violations while fostering a positive workplace culture through proactive leadership support. Data Driven and Possess a Process Mindset . You will ensure accurate HR data management, compliance with employment laws, and effective policy implementation to enhance organizational efficiency. You will also support leave administration, employee engagement strategies, and HR analytics to inform decision-making and improve retention. A Collaborative Partner . You will partner with leadership to implement talent development, acquisition, and operational excellence initiatives. You will also support change management efforts through communication and training to drive organizational effectiveness. REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and compliance. + In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. + Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization. + Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. + Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems. Prior experience with ADP strongly preferred. + HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) highly preferred.
