Maintains existing and develops future HCM configurations in the Human Resources Information System. Salary range is $90,931 to $114,940. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.Qualifications:Required Education and Experience1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Human Resource Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field including one (1) year of experience with maintaining, configuring and providing technical support to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related ERP report writer tools.
