Position Summary:
The Sr. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall business strategy through effective people practices at our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. As the most senior HR leader onsite, you will partner with the DC Leadership team on communication, policy and program implementation, staffing plans, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, benefits, training and development and employee relations. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Human Resources – AMER Distribution and partners with the DC HR team to develop processes and strategies across the DC network.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Lead and execute all HR strategies and communications within the distribution center.Ensure that full-time and temporary staffing requirements are met to support the needs of the business.Manage employee relations matters onsite and partner with VF’s Employee Relations team when appropriate.Coordinate overall training and development efforts to ensure consistency with corporate-wide initiatives.Support ongoing Talent Development and succession planning initiatives.Control Human Resources related costs including turnover, recruitment, employee engagement and department budgets.Provide expertise and thought leadership, create synergies and leverage knowledge, best practices, and resources across the business. Lead, develop, and support onsite team of HR professionals.Monitor administration of compensation and benefits, working closely with VF’s Compensation and Benefit teams to ensure compliance.Work closely with Senior Director, Human Resources and VF’s People Services team to ensure compliance with VF policies and procedures.Responsible for leading and/or managing special projects of importance to the business and/or HR function.Educational/ Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field7+ years of overall HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years leading HR teams. Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources best practicesStrong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, employment/wage/hour law, as it relates to the workforce in Texas.Strong working knowledge with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with strong attention to detailExcellent planning, scheduling and problem-solving skillsAbility to pro-actively execute and manage multiple tasksAbility to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraintsDemonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is criticalMust be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working styleMust be able to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization including other departments, operations, and managementWhat do we offer you?

Hiring Range:
$108,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
