Senior Human Resources Manager - Veyer Logistics (Remote)
**Overview** Veyer Logistics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources will be a critical role in partnering with leaders to build and scale our 3PL business. This role will oversee the development and execution of HR strategies, that drive talent and organizational performance, building both a short- and long-term talent strategy that delivers results for the growth of business. This role will support the central functions, which include solutioning, engineering, procurement, sourcing, account management, sustainability, and the transformation teams. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support the organization's growth and transformation. + Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment to support business objectives and HR excellence. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change management by implementing robust organizational development programs. + Spearhead strategic workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to deliver on growth, and our LRP (Long Range Plan) + Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion a people-first culture by driving engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, growth, and inclusivity. Develop strategies that promote a positive employee experience. + HR Strategy & Leadership: Partner with senior business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. Provide thought leadership and counsel on key people-related decisions. + Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs that drive accountability, career development, and alignment with company objectives. + Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain best practices in HR operations, including employee relations and legal compliance. **Education and Experience:** + 10+ Years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast pace 3PL, warehouse, or ecommerce fulfillment space covering field operations, corporate, and in central functions. + 5+ Years in successfully supporting engineering, procurement, operations, and building organizations that drive and deliver business results. + A bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent. + Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills. + Strong data management and analysis skills, to include proficiency with MS Excel  + Ability to work independently requiring minimal supervision and is confident finding solutions for new situations.  + Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.  + Ability to define needs in the organization and equally strong in executing activities accordingly.  + Willing to learn and understand cross-cultural organizational dynamics and practices.  _It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. Other duties may be assigned. **Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule:** The salary range for this role is $98,600/year to $167,400/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed.
