Senior IAM Platform Analyst

We are looking for a Senior IAM Platform Specialist to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, scalability, and security of our IAM solutions while leading complex projects and mentoring junior team members. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including IT security, compliance, and infrastructure, to deliver secure, efficient, and compliant identity management solutions across the enterprise. 

 As a Senior IAM Platform Specialist, you will leverage your advanced technical skills and industry expertise to drive improvements in IAM processes, implement best practices, and play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization remains secure and compliant in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

What Else You Get To Do

Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.  Design, implement, and manage access control policies, user lifecycle management, and role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure proper access across enterprise applications and systems.  Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline IAM workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve operational efficiency.  Continuously optimize IAM platforms and configurations to enhance performance, security, and user experience.  Implement automation of IAM workflows and integrate IAM solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.  Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IAM systems, ensuring that they are aligned with business needs and security requirements.  Support system upgrades, integrations with new applications, and the implementation of new IAM technologies to improve security and user experience.  Architect and implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and identity governance controls.  Lead large-scale IAM projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that IAM solutions support business needs while adhering to best practices for security and scalability.  Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM Platform Specialists and cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality support and knowledge sharing across the organization.  Support and be available on an on-call basis as required. 

Who You Are: 

5+ years of identity and access management experience, with a strong background in implementing, managing, and optimizing IAM solutions.  Proven experience with IAM platforms and identity protocols.  Hands-on experience with role-based access control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).  Deep understanding of identity governance processes, including user provisioning/de-provisioning, access reviews, and audit compliance.  Strong knowledge of MS Active Directory and Azure Active Directory  Expertise in scripting and automation tools to improve IAM workflows and system integrations.  Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and their IAM integrations.  Proficiency with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and knowledge of database structures and API integrations for IAM solutions.  Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response platforms.  Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills  Technical understanding of Identity Governance and Administration processes and interactions with supporting processes and technologies (e.g., HR, ITSM, SOC, etc.).  Experience with and understanding of Cloud Application Security capabilities and limitations.  Proven experience working with 3rd party service providers.
