As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing and implementing cybersecurity technology strategies, and providing expert technical guidance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in system integration, software development, and IT infrastructure management.
What the Role Offers
Innovative Projects: Develop and implement Cybersecurity strategies that align with client business objectives.Technical Leadership: Lead the technical implementation of large-scale Identity and Access Management projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.Cloud Integration: Oversee the deployment of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure), reducing infrastructure costs and enhancing system performance.System Analysis: Conduct detailed system analysis and integration, ensuring seamless operation between legacy systems and new technologies.Client Support and Training: Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to junior consultants and client staff. Deliver customized training sessions to clients, improving user adoption rates.Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Innovation and Leadership: Leverage and expand OpenText AI Cloud capabilities to accelerate our clients’ transformation.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity consulting and system integration.Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), software development, and cybersecurity practices. Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional proficiency in German or French is highly valued.Product Experience: A minimum of 2 years in large-scale implementations of Identity and Access Management solutions, including or equivalent to:OpenText NetIQ Identity ManagerSailPoint Identity Security PlatformOracle Identity GovernanceManageEngine ADManager or AD360Ping Identity Platform / ForgeRockRSA Governance & LifecycleOkta Lifecycle ManagementOpen-Source solutions: OpenIAM, KeyCloak, MidPoint, Shibboleth, FusionAuth, or SyncopeProgramming Languages: Java, Python, C++Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQLTools: Docker, Kubernetes, JenkinsCertifications (Preferred): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectWorking Conditions: Office environment with the possibility of remote work; must be able to travel to client sites as needed; ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
