Job Title: Senior Identity Engineer

Job Summary: The Senior Identity Engineer is a technical subject matter expert tasked with contributing to the development, validation, implementation and management of Wawa’s identity related systems. This currently includes, Saviynt for IGA, Okta for SSO, Auth0 for application authorization, and Delinea Secret Server for PAM.
Principal Duties:Act as a subject matter expert the area of identity engineering, specifically system analysis, design, development, and implementation of identity applications. Technical oversight in the design, development, testing and delivery of technology solutions as well as for managing daily operational support.Automate processes to continuously improve Wawa’s electronic identity related needs.Collaborate with application owners to design and implement the identity functions required for onboarding applications to Wawa and to modify and enhance existing applications.Translate business and/or technical specifications into logical and physical design for projects and business-as usual activities related to Identity management.Provide continuous improvement and ongoing education to the teams responsible for Support and Operations of identity related functions, to ensure proper levels of support throughout Wawa.Resolve final escalation of support tickets related to identity systems. If needed provide temporary work around process to support and operation teams.Develop code and test artifacts that reuse subroutines or objects, are well structured, backed by automated tests, include sufficient comments, and are easy to maintain.Write programs, appropriate test artifacts, ad hoc queries, and reports. Employ contemporary software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that supports automation.Elevate code into the development, test, and Production environments on schedule. Provide follow up Production support. Submit change control requests and documents.Follow software development methodology and architecture standards.Comply with IT policies and procedures, especially those for quality and productivity standards that enable the team to meet established milestones. Comply with all Information Security policies and procedures and verify deliverables to meet Information Security requirements.Develop, manage, support and maintain our Enterprise identity systems federation, and identity access management.Research technology related products and make recommendations based on business or operational requirements. Anticipate potential problem situations/risks and address with effective responses.Apply IT security standards and practices as well as adhere to these standards in the development and design of new and existing technologies within our corporate and store infrastructure.Maintain a very high degree of decision impact due to system privileges and responsibilities.Integrate enterprise-wide tools for automating, monitoring, and managing the current and future infrastructure technology.Provide work effort and duration estimates for projects to team lead and project managers.Provide technical leadership and continuous improvement of standards to enable a more customer focused, responsive department.Essential Functions:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline (e.g. engineering) preferred5+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management, designing, implementing and improving automated solutions to Identity access management, Saviynt preferredExperience maintaining, enhancing, and customizing user experience monitoring tools.Understanding of compliancy standards. Experience with PCI-DSS standards preferred.Solid experience writing SQL Queries to analyze data using multiple SQL joinsSolid experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, SAP, O365, etc.Solid experience with/understanding of: MultiFactor solution for identity authenticationDemonstrated knowledge of IAM principles, controls and auditory requirementsDemonstrated knowledge and familiarity with the concepts and implementations of PAM systems such as Delinea Secret ServerDemonstrated knowledge of Service Now incidents, changes, and integrationsDemonstrated knowledge of the following development practices and concepts: Quality assurance methodology and Inspections, Use case standards, Systems analysis and design techniques and knowledge and experience with Libraries, reusable code, and/or object-oriented standardsWawa will provide reasonable accommodation to complete an application upon request, consistent with applicable law.
