**Job Description:**
The Senior IHR Project Specialist supports and exemplifies the IHR Services team in managing International HR projects and program requirements, delivering comprehensive project support to enable scalable services that enhance client experience while maintaining a strong focus on compliance.
This role is a combination of the below duties and responsibilities:
**1-Responsibilities of other Project Management role:**
+ Develop detailed project plans and design process workflows for new HR systems implementations, automation projects, or process improvement programs and testing
+ Liaise with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure HR projects align with overall business objectives. This includes communicating with senior management, HR team members, and external vendors.
+ Identify potential risks to the successful completion of projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. This requires continuous monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary in the agile environment.
+ Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices. Additionally, track regular reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
+ Able to analyze data sets and interpret data and trends
+ Demonstrate innovative and critical thinking skills to see big picture
**2-Responsibilities of the M&A Project Manager Role:**
+ This role is responsible for developing a project plan that ensures a smooth transition of personnel by implementing structured processes.
+ Engage continuously with both internal and external stakeholders to review progress through transparent communication, ensuring the receipt of accurate and timely information.
+ Partner with the HRCM, Labor Organization, and M&A team to ensure compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and other legal considerations.
+ Identifying and mitigating HR-related risks
+ Standardizing and harmonizing HR processes between merging entities to achieve better operational efficiency. This role ensures that best practices are implemented by monitoring and following up on the side-by-side solutions. Oversee the termination of employees from systems and tools with bonus indicators and setting them up as NPW’s.
+ This role is responsible for establishing metrics to monitor the success of the integration process, including employee satisfaction, retention rates, and productivity levels. Regularly share employee data to track and report on these metrics.

+ Experienced in working and understanding the complexities of operating in a cross-cultural international environment
**Other requirements:**
+ Required 7+ years of experience gained within HR functions
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Fluent in English - both spoken, and business written
+ Advanced experience with MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
**Location** : Bratislava, SK; or Naucalpan de Juarez, MX

**Compensation** :
Salary for Slovakia starting from **2.900 EUR** gross monthly.
The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
