Senior Implementation Analyst (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to join our team in New York or Newark, NJ. The Senior Implementation Analyst is a senior resource within our professional services group (“PSG”). This role is responsible for diligence, requirements documentation, configuration, training, and other implementation responsibilities for the Sentry PM system. Sentry PM is a technology solution under the Broadridge Assets Management Solutions umbrella. The individual should have a background in investment management and financial institutions as well as a solid understanding of credit origination and processing particularly for private credit funds and other buy-side entities.

Work-Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.  This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be working in the Broadridge office 1-2 days a week and given the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.


Responsibilities:

Manage the implementation of a front to back-end credit and investment books of records system.Execute various implementation workstreams including order processing, trade workflows, data ingestion, integrations, and report building based on numerous underlying modules.Responsible for end-to-end project delivery capabilities including requirements gathering, defining scope, crafting and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations throughout the life cycle of the project.Prepare accurate project estimates and consistently meet expectations with a specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency.Conduct and manage client on-site meetings, workflows, and technical trainings.Document client-specific customizations and assist with interaction with internal development, product and support teams.Lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting expected budget and deadlines.Provide clients with consulting and advisory guidance based upon client specific and industry best practices.Effectively work with various internal teams on client projects and company initiatives.

Qualifications
 

Extensive experience with financial institutions especially credit focused buy-side entities.Software implementation experience required.Knowledge of SQL and Jira highly desired.Effective communication skills both verbal and written as well as direct client experience.Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to identify project risks.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and competing deadlines.Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing team with the ability to be self-sufficient with strong initiative and work ethic.Strong analytical and problem solving/decision-making skills.Self-motivated, driven, and open to adapting to an ever changing and dynamic environment.BS/BA in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.

Salary Range: 105,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD annual
