Senior Implementation Project Consultant

C.H. Robinson is seeking a **Senior Implementation Project Consultant** to join Managed Solutions. In this role, you will oversee technical integration and system setup for implementation projects, from conception to Go Live and ongoing support. Your primary focus will be onboarding new business, with additional responsibilities for supporting current customer projects as needed.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Deliver value-driven solutions aligned with customer outcomes and lead technical and operational processes.
+ Serve as the technical liaison between customer project teams and C.H. Robinson resources.
+ Document customer requirements, identify system gaps, and recommend enhancements to meet expectations.
+ Translate technical requirements for business-to-business (B2B) communication.
+ Facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
+ Execute C.H. Robinson implementation methodologies, including process mapping, solution design, and documentation of customer expectations.
+ Develop and execute testing plans, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct training for systems and portals.
+ Anticipate and manage implementation risks, contingency plans, and deliverables.
+ Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless transitions between sales, implementation, account management, and operations.
+ Support continuous improvement by contributing to the development of tools, methodologies, and best practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
+ Minimum 4 years of technical project management experience
+ Experience working with customers, vendors, or carriers
+ Previous experience with transportation management system (TMS) software
+ Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or late hours
+ Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and/or internationally
Preferred:
+ Minimum 4 years of experience in the 3PL or 4PL industry
+ Experience implementing strategic customers, especially in Managed or Vertical-focused Solutions
+ Knowledge of business processes, TMS, and supply chain platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS, MRP)
+ Familiarity with C.H. Robinson systems
+ Broad understanding of supply chain operations and how transportation supports organizational goals
+ Proficient in facilitation skills, including relationship management, presentation, documentation, and accountability
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
+ Knowledge of best practices and how to integrate them across functions
+ Experience with and understanding of electronic B2B communication
+ Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and build consensus
+ Effective collaboration skills with internal and external subject matter experts at all levels

**Compensation Range**
$75,900.00 - $168,500.00
