Job Description & Summary
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Degree in Law.
5+ years of experience with in-house legal department /consulting firms.
Proven practical knowledge in contractual, commerce, employment law.
Experience with personal data protection regulation according to Ukrainian law and GDPR and other compliance topics (AML, anti-bribery etc.).
Experience in implementing corporate changes (including/excluding new shareholders, drafting MoM of general participants, drafting PoA etc.).
Knowledge of audit activity is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of English and Ukrainian.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and deliver on multiple simultaneous projects.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
