Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst

Job Summary Responsible for the accounting and administration of company incentive compensation programs, which involves gathering of disparate data from various data sources, analyzing and normalizing to ensure data integrity for analysis. Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data as well as guidance/knowledge of the data and definitions that are available for analysis. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Works with Regional and Branch Management to provide guidance on incentive compensation plan options to ensure internal equity and standardization while driving company initiatives. Develops and reviews pro forma analysis on requested changes and additions to incentive plans to show overall financial impact. Oversees incentive plan documentation to include updating plans and maintaining files of signed documents. Generates and distributes monthly reports to plan participants and management recapping actual performance and payout amounts. Performs system maintenance as needed to reflect changes in incentive plans. Communicates changes to plans to appropriate parties. Analyzes system needs and recommends future changes and/or upgrades. Reviews monthly accruals and actual payouts for accuracy and reasonableness. Responds to inquiries from management and associates regarding overall guidelines of incentive plans and calculation of payout amounts. Works with Compensation and Payroll to insure employee information is accurate within the HR/Payroll system(s) and payments are processed. Minimum Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of financial analysis experience developing pro forma analysis. Bachelor’s degree or certification in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred. Experience administering incentive plans across a large multi-state organization, strong plus Experience with Alteryx, Workday HCM and/or Xactly Sales Performance Management Platform strong plus. Robust financial modeling and analysis skills; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Experience administering incentive compensation plans. Workday HCM, Alteryx and / or Xactly sales performance management experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
