To join our team as a Senior Incentive Customer Representative! You'll join our Residential Program Team in Portland, Oregon delivering Solar program implementation and administrative services to an Oregon based non-profit client.
The ideal candidate resides in Oregon or SW Washington, is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are a must. This position will have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, verifying documentation and processing applications, direct customer support via email communications and phone (average of single-digit daily phone volume), and working collaboratively with the team to meet Program goals.
