Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
The primary responsibility is to develop and manage complex consultant and broker sales, relationships and customer contracts. At a senior level this role will be expected to lead/manage larger region, acquire/retain revenue base.

Achieve sales goals determined by company leadership Manage existing consultant and broker relationships and sales processes Monitor performance of consultant and broker network and improve key sales metrics Identify high potential consultants and brokers Facilitate and negotiate changes in customer contracts and accounts Resolve customer issues Travel to consultant, broker, and customer locations to foster relationshipsJob Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years industry experience with a least 3 years in sales, required Experience in deregulated energy preferred Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time as needed Strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills Experience working with consultants and brokers, managing relationships and/or managing customer contracts and accounts preferred Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
