The team you will be a part of The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts. Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.This role in summary

Your responsibilities will include

● Time study and Method Study - Knowledge in Proplanner tool

● Facilitate and Lead process improvement teams 

● Industrial Engineering analyses and investigations 

● Hands on Experiences in Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Eliminating NVA in Assembly, Cell design and ECRS) 

● Conduct facility planning and facility layout development of new developments at production plants and office buildings 

● New manufacturing concepts (Advance Manufacturing) global contact point for India Part 

● Determine capacity requirements and subsequent investment options 

● Design and deploy efficient Material handling and material flow 

● Ensure Human Factors Engineering/Ergonomics disciplines are utilized in production setup and configuration 

● Design & Develop new Equipment/ Fixture/ Gauges for Assembly process Install and proving (Cp, Cpk) 

● Run business cases for cost improvement/saving projects 

● Kaizen activities on Product and processes 

● Manage project teams to ensure program stays on schedule, on budget, and meets performance expectations 

● Project Management Skill & ability to deliver new products 

● Coordinating with CFT team to ensure smooth delivery of Projects 

● ECR/ECN & PCR/PCN Management 

● Process FMEA for Critical process Experience in WCM implementation and coordination 

● Good knowledge in Assembly process & Methods Engineering 

● Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) 

● Project Management Skills 

● Good knowledge in Statistical Process Control and TQM tools

● New manufacturing concepts

● Determine capacity requirements and subsequent investment options

● Plant layout

● Deploy efficient Material handling and material flow

● Run business cases for cost improvement/saving projects
