Senior Industrial Security Representative

The National Security Sector’s Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area at Leidos Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative (SISR) to work in our Aurora, CO facility. The National Security Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for Defense and Intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. As one of the five Business Areas in the National Security Sector, Decision Advantage Solutions accelerates the production, integration, and analysis of multi-domain mission data to deliver a decisive edge for customers engaged in intelligence operations and combat support.

Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Industrial Security Representative (SISR) is responsible for the security oversight and management of the security program by implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met.  The SISR has a strong background in both personnel security clearance processing and physical security management of SCIF areas for a customer within the intelligence community and is well versed in ICD 704, ICD 705 and SEADs, a self-starter who can prioritize security actions, provide excellent communication for employees, management and government customer, and a result driven professional to handle security issues.

•The SISR is responsible for implementing the Industrial Security Program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. Will assist with maintaining an operational Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), building of a new SCIF facility, support classified meetings; perform security incident inquiries and periodic self-inspections.
•The SISR will interface with executive Leidos leadership as well as other levels of employees and government management personnel and must possess the ability to perform complex security tasks while delivering measurable results. 
•The SISR will support, implement and provide guidance to customers and management on security matters pertaining to classified inventory and document control, personnel clearances and access nominations, classification control, visitor/access control and DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Forms 254).
•The SISR will analyze, investigate and prepare reports and/or recommendations for preventative or corrective actions in accordance with legal, contractual, and internal policies.
•The SISR will implement security training, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and customer reporting requirements.
•The SISR will review, assess, and implement necessary revisions to the SCIF Standards, Practices and 
•Procedures (SPP) and associated internal procedures for the assigned SCIF or other classified facilities according to guidance from the Cognizant Security •Authority (CSA) and applicable federal regulations such as IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, other applicable ICDs or the NISPOM.
•The SISR will implement security training, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and customer reporting requirements.
•The SISR is responsible for managing all aspects of onsite security management of the facility to include direct support to programs and staff for physical security, access control, alarm maintenance and response, subcontractor oversight, document control/maintenance of classified equipment inventories, drafting co-use and joint-use agreements and MOUs/MOAs for shared space. 
•The SISR will process, update and maintain customer required security documentation for employees and subcontractors.
•The SISR will administer day-to-day security interaction with employees and subcontractors working within the facility, as well as the security guard force.  Ensure access control and visitor control procedures are communicated, understood and followed.

•Customer Relationship Management – Proven track record as a self-starter and experience building partnerships while understanding customers’ mission, vision, and issues and prioritizing work accordingly.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 8+ years of professional experience.  Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
•Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other government regulations (e.g.  Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs).
•Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service orientated.
•Commitment to security - creating and delivering the highest value to customers.
•Ability to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations.
•Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements of ICD 705 to meet contractual needs.
•Ability to manage Sensitive Compartmented Information programs.
•Thorough understanding and working experience with government and corporate security databases such as NISS, DISS, eQIP and SIMS.
•Thorough experience consolidating SCI nomination packages for submission to customer. Experience reviewing SF 86s, Foreign Contact Forms and other supplemental forms.
•Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings, as appropriate.
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to conduct oral briefings.
•Candidates must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications:
•CPSO or CSSO Security training/certificate(s)
•Courier preparation procedures
•Experience developing and implementing Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs)
•Knowledge of Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
•Experience with SCIF construction and have ICD 705 certification 
•Experience conducting security incident inquiries
•Resourceful in solving problems and capitalizing on opportunities
•COMSEC experience
•Member of Security Organizations/affiliations (e.g. ISWG or NCMS)

Pay Range:Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
