Senior Information Security Engineer

Precise Systems is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer possessing the skills, knowledge, clearances, and training capable of satisfactorily performing EDA, OFI&E, and CST&E efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities to leverage DI2 S&T efforts to explore potential solution sets for existing and future warfighting capability gaps. Candidate must be able to analyze and define security requirements for information protection, define and develop security policies, analyze the sensitivity of information, and perform vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow.  Candidate must also be able to gather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs; Ability to perform risk analysis, which include risk assessments and provide daily supervision of, and direction to, staff is required. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Required Education: Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Security,

Required Experience: 8 years experience; at least five 5 in defining security programs or processes for the protection of sensitive or classified information is required.  Candidate must be able to obtain DoD 8570.01-M IAT III or IAM III qualifications within six (6) months of date-of-hire.
